What we collect

When you contact us, request a quote, or book a visit, we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The property address and any access notes you share.
• The pest or service you've enquired about.
• Any photos you send of the pest, the property, or existing damage — used only to identify the species and scope the work.
• Records of the visit — what we found, what we treated, the products used. These are the written reports we hand you.

Why we collect it

We use the information to:

• Quote and book your treatment.
• Identify the species visible in any photos you send.
• Maintain the written report and any follow-up required under our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
• Respond to your enquiries by phone, email or SMS as you've asked.

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We don't share it outside our business except where required by law or where you've asked us to (e.g. emailing a copy of your report to your real estate agent).

How we store and protect it

Quote and visit records are stored in our internal job management system, accessible only to the TCB technicians who need them. Photos are kept alongside the relevant job record. We retain records for at least seven years to satisfy Australian Pesticides Act record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete records that are no longer required for tax or pesticides compliance.
• Stop using your details for direct marketing.
