Quotes and pricing

Every treatment starts with a written quote. The quote names the species identified (where possible), the products to be used, the locations to be treated, and any re-entry times. We quote each job individually — property size, species and pressure all affect the price. Verbal estimates are indicative only.

Quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date on the quote. After that, we'll re-confirm pricing before any work starts.

Treatments and re-entry

Treatment dates and re-entry times are spelled out on the quote and again on the typed report we hand you at the end of the visit. Re-entry times depend on the product used, the area treated, and ventilation. Please follow the re-entry time we provide — particularly where children, pets, fish tanks or pregnancy are involved.

Satisfaction guarantee

We back every visit with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a treated pest returns inside the guarantee window set out on your quote, we come back and re-treat as part of that guarantee. The guarantee does not extend to:

• Pest activity caused by a new infestation.
• Damage that occurred before or between treatments — separate to control.
• Cancelled or postponed treatments where access was not available.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the visit unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods are listed on the quote. Outstanding accounts may attract interest as permitted under Australian law.

Cancellations and re-schedules

We understand plans change. Please let us know at least one business day before the scheduled visit so we can rebook cleanly. Same-day cancellations may attract a small call-out fee to cover technician time.

The information on this website is general in nature. Where you have a pest problem, the written quote is the source of truth — not anything here. We try to keep species and treatment details accurate, but biology and product availability change, so always confirm specifics with the technician.
